Dr. Flavia Tompkins graduated in 1999 from Plinio Leite University, College of Veterinary Medicine, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She then continued her education in the United States, and received the prestigious Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates from Tuskegee University, College of Veterinary Medicine, Tuskegee, Alabama.
Dr Tompkins has also attended the Liverpool Language Institute, and is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Dr. Tompkins's extensive background in veterinary medicine began with her father who practiced veterinary medicine for over 30 years in Brazil.
Her special interest include Reproduction, Neonatology, Soft Tissue Surgery and Allergies.
Dr Tompkins has resided in Boca Raton since 2001, where along with her husband Michael they are raising their two wonderful children John and Sophia and their cute puppy "Bella Star Sparkle Cupcake Rainbow" ( named by Sophia Bella Tompkins when she was 6yrs old )
Doctor Dell Beebe joined Boca Village Animal Hospital in 2014 with a special interest in chronic illness, pain management and preserving the special bond between owner and pet.
Dr Beebe was born in Texas and moved to Florida as a young girl and has been residing in Boca Raton for the past 35 years. She graduated the University Of Florida College Veterinary Medicine and has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2001. We are very excited that Dr Beebe has joined our team here at Boca Village Animal Hospital bringing with her a great deal of knowledge and experience.
In her free time, Dr Beebe enjoys reading, cooking and working in her yard. She shares her life with her husband and their three feline companions, Annabelle, Gigi and Cloudy.
