Payment Options

1. An Estimate of costs or Medical care plan will be provided before Services are performed to better inform you of what to expect.

2. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

3. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), care credit, checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
